Thank you for choosing Candidate Impact and for the trust you have placed in my services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Candidate Impact ("I," "me," or "my") website and services. By accessing my website or engaging with my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. What I do.

Candidate Impact provides recruitment coaching services to assist individuals in improving their job search and interview skills. These services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Services and prices.

I offer services such as crafting CVs, cover letters, document translations, professional network optimization, and interview coaching in exchange for payment. Different service packages are available, each with specific offerings described in the "Services" section on my website.

Additionally, I offer a "Premium Pack" that provides unlimited coaching until a contract is signed. This package includes all features of the Expert Pack—Impact CV, Impact Cover Letter, and Impact Interview—alongside tailored coaching and strategic career guidance.

3. Payment and ordering.

Prices for my services are specified on my website and may vary based on the selected coaching package, years of experience and time delivery. Payment is due before the commencement of the coaching sessions.

All service prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes. Services will be invoiced based on the rates at the time of your order, except for any obvious errors.

For the Premium Pack, I offer multiple payment options, including credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, PayPal, and Twint. Additionally, for the Premium Pack only, clients have the option to pay in 4 installments via PayPal or Klarna.

Placing an order implies your acceptance of these Terms. You recognize that this agreement does not necessitate a physical signature, given the online nature of my service ordering process.

4. Intellectual property

All content, materials, and resources provided as part of my coaching services, including but not limited to texts, presentations, logos, and images, are protected by intellectual property rights and are owned by Candidate Impact. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without my explicit consent.

5. Confidentiality and data privacy

I respect your privacy and am committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and professional information. The General Data Protection Regulation outlines how I handle and protect your data in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD).

You are responsible for sending accurate information and agree not to share misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content.

6. Disclaimer of warranties.

No guarantee: while I strive to provide effective coaching and guidance, I do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or interview success.

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect damages, loss of opportunity, or financial loss resulting from the use of my services.

7. Ordering specifics.

If the service you request does not align with your requirements (for instance, if you request a CV for 0-10 years of experience while having over 10 years), I will request you to cover the price difference or the service will be canceled.

Please note that I accept CVs only up to 5 pages.

8. Payment.

Payment is required in full before the delivery of the service. I accept payments via credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal.

For the Premium Pack only, clients can pay with multiple payment options, including credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, PayPal and have the option to pay in 4 installments via PayPal or Klarna.

9. Getting your order.

I will communicate with you via phone, email or visioconference. My commitment entails delivering your initial order within 10 business days following our phone conversation and receipt of payment. You have up to 10 days after receiving your first version to ask for changes. Beyond this timeframe, any request for modifications (such as CV rewriting, letter, etc.) will require a new order and online payment.

All documents are provided in electronic format. CVs and cover letters are delivered in Word and PDF format, allowing clients to modify the content and design of the CV. The client is responsible for keeping their document; after the 365-day period, I am no longer responsible for document access.

10. Refunds.

Given the personalized nature of my services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been purchased and work has begun.

11. Changes to terms.

These Terms may be revised, and you will be informed accordingly.

12. Termination.

I may terminate or suspend your access to my services at my sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

13. Applicable law & jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva.
